Domestic Shipping

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Friday's, Saturday's, Sunday's or on Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (This excludes customization / embroidery time.)

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: R120 or free if your order is over R1600 

International Shipping

Processing Time:

  • Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery of an international shipment.     This excludes customization / embroidery time. 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days

Shipping Rates:

  • For international shipping rates, please enter your address at checkout.

Customs and Duties:

  • International orders may experience delays due to customs processing. Duties and taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility, vary by country and are not covered in the shipping costs.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at studio@merakiforme.co.za. or on +27 82 053 7634. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
